Our 99-04 Roush Race Splitter is made from 1/4 aluminum composite and is largely cut out behind the bumperto reduce weight. This version is less aggressive than our race version and does NOT require the use of rods. IF, you like the look of rods, we offer a (sold separately) rod mounting bracket that makes installation of rods a lot easier and we can drill the rod holes in the splitter for you if you order the bracker.
